The R-8472 double-locking retractable bollard retracts fully below ground, closing flush to avoid obstruction and tripping hazards, and can be locked in both extended, upright and lowered, retracted positions. It is 35 5/8"H x 4 1/2" in diameter above ground with a #6 Satin finish.
A single key-locking mechanism ensures quick and easy access to restricted areas. The clean and versatile design is highly visible and available with alternative mountings (see removable R-8464 and fixed R-8460 models) for consistent aesthetics that suit any modern building or landscape. High-quality 316 grade stainless steel with #6 satin finish features high resistance to corrosion and weathering. Posts ship standard with 1 of 4 colored reflector stripes.
Note: This product is designed to provide access control in low traffic environments. To prevent damage to the bollard or mount, we advise against installation in high traffic or high-speed areas.
MINIMUM QUANTITY
We have a minimum order requirement of 5 pieces due to the high cost of freight. If you have special circumstances and need fewer, please give us a call. All Reliance Foundry bollards ship on a pallet for any quantity, so freight for small quantities is high.
